As well as off road parking, the accommodation has a modern utility area with spacious worktop, modern sink, kettle, induction hob, microwave, toaster, utensils, crockery, fitted fridge and washing machine.

In addition there is a fully fitted bathroom with toilet, wash hand basin and rain shower.

The double bedroom is comfortable and includes a fitted wardrobe, chairs, collapsible table for dining, smart TV and WiFi. In addition for those creasy moments, we’ve added a travel iron and ironing board.

When the weather is favourable, you have full use of the small front private garden with table, chairs and deckchairs.

For cyclists wanting to ride the Crab and Winkle line adjacent to the accommodation, to Canterbury, we also have a secure storage area for bikes if required
